And this is how it works

Book an appointment

Choose a date for the evaluation meeting that you can all attend (the date should be at least 2 days in advance). Please note that I need at least 24 hours' notice to be able to carry out a thorough evaluation.

Get access data

Once you have booked the appointment, we will send each of you an access link with further information and access data for the procedure in a separate email.

Your turn

You fill in the procedure - each person individually. You will need about 20-30 minutes to do this in peace and quiet. I recommend that you find a place where you can be undisturbed during this time. A little tip: It's also best to switch your mobile phones and other devices to "mute". Everyone completes the procedure for themselves.

Evaluation

As soon as I have all your results, I will analyse your procedures and prepare the appointment.

We will conduct the evaluation meeting with all of you on the date you have chosen.

My mission is to support entrepreneurial teams in realising the full potential of their collaboration so that they can focus all their energy on creating forward-looking solutions.

I have been working with entrepreneurs and management teams for 25 years: as co-founder of a blockchain start-up, team lead and team coach and partner of a serial entrepreneur.

I love conflict.

Well, that may be a bit of an exaggeration, but I love the challenge of it. Helping co-founders and teams of decision-makers to name the elephants in the room, to take away the fear of conflict and to master challenging situations is my thing.
