In 2 intensive workshop days, you will discover new perspectives on your personality, such as your personal conflict profile. To begin with, you will be given the opportunity to use the profilingvalues® values-based personality assessment free of charge. Together we will analyse your conflict style and carry out a specific conflict analysis if required.

"Laboratory" phase (space for reflection and action)

In this phase, we focus on your personality and your strengths, especially in conflict situations, optionally supplemented by feedback from your colleagues and employees. You will actively work on selected topics, experiment, reflect and test new routines or habits, while receiving targeted input from me on various areas such as conflict management, communication and decision-making.
